Booking Agent / Travel Coordinator
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for travel to join our team as Booking Agents (Travel Coordinators). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements for both corporate and leisure clients while delivering a high level of personalized, anticipatory service.
The Travel Coordinator plays a key role in creating seamless travel experiences by managing all trip components, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and special events.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (sales experience preferred, not required)
Access to a smartphone with reliable internet (laptop recommended, not required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred but Not Required:
Personal travel experience
Background in customer service, hospitality, or sales
Responsibilities
Research, design, and execute customized travel itineraries
Assess client needs, preferences, and budgets to create tailored travel solutions
Book and manage travel components including airfare, hotels, cruises, car rentals, theme parks, and event tickets
Provide suggested travel budgets and plan itineraries within client financial parameters
Maintain accurate client records and booking details within company systems
Complete ongoing training to obtain and maintain travel certifications
Attend supplier webinars and destination trainings to remain knowledgeable and specialized
Stay informed on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination requirements
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients before and after travel
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve booking or travel-related issues
Collaborate with team members and serve as a brand ambassador
Create and utilize promotional and marketing materials as needed
Network with tour operators and suppliers to expand travel offerings
Participate in familiarization (FAM) trips when available
